nikkas may not be getting shot on a cruise line but they getting into fights and having brawls. I cruise on Carnival and Royal Caribbean but branching out to others. My last cruise was on Carnival.
My last two cruises have been Royal Caribbean, and there were drunk unruly whites both times (small ship and big ship). Food was lackluster, and the liquor/drinks were watered down. Clubs were lame, with the exception of one night. To me, Carnival was a better experience :yeshrug:

What's the legality in states got to do with anything? You are in the middle of the ocean. Technically it shouldn't matter. And this is coming from a person that is all for disallowing weed. I just don't care for the hypocrisy of it all. I think weed and alcohol is a problem. Alcohol more so. The only reason I'm against the weed is because you can't contain the smell. And some people just don't wanna smell that shyt. But the alcohol, it's mostly just affecting the person drinking it. It's not wafting across the entirety of the ship.

You said it right there. The issue is alcohol doesn’t stink up everything. Soon as I enter an area where people are smoking weed, I’m looking to exit. Most people are cool with it not being illegal, but they still don’t want to smell that shyt.

Imagine gettin your cocktail, walking by the pool and then lying down on your lounge chair. You got the sun glasses on, ocean breeze is feeling nice as you take a sip of you drink and slowly fall into a relaxing state.

Then all of a sudden, you hear a beat. It’s sounds far away but it’s getting louder and closer to you. You now notice it’s a Glorilla song and out of nowhere you start hearing “AYE! AYE! AYE!!”

I’d be heated.

I'm with all this TBH...

Alot of this shyt is just common courtesy and decency. The fact that people equate this to being a black thing is a problem for sure. Maybe we are the primary culprits of this bullshyt, I dunno I only rock with Disney cruises which have a different vibe....but this shouldn't be considered a black thing.

Reminds me of the restaurant situation where nikkas got mad that they black owner asked for some decency in his place.
If it's the same story and same restaurant I'm thinking about, I remember vids of ratchets twerking/blasting music and shyt in there. Restaurant looked like it was meant to be an upscale place and had that type shyt going on. I dont blame the owner one bit :dead:
It's a certain element that when they find out a black person owns or runs the place, they think that gives them a blank check to do bullshyt they wouldnt think of doing in white establishments.

It is, and the worst you had people blaming the music choice, like it forced those ladies to twerk on the tables :mjlol:

I’ve been on 10 cruises. 8 with Royal Caribbean, 1 with Carnival, and 1 with MSC. I’m going on a Royal Caribbean cruise next week. Never had an issue with black people, I had more issues with smug white people degrading the workers/acting like they run the place and their kids running amok.

I understand the speaker thing as that can be annoying, but the no rap music reminds of how clubs in the states used to implement special rules to not allow in black people.

Carnival has the right to do this as a cruise line but I hope the black people they are trying to keep out reject it and let the numbers speak for themselves.

I can’t celebrate this.
