Brother your long ass dissertation is a lot of smart dumb speak but does not answer the question I originally asked.Bron always has an excuse when he loses, so its no surprise that you want to bring up how 3 teams made the finals after the bubble, but make an excuse for the Lakers, the one team that gets clowned for the Minnie Mouse ring. And it's even worse since they've been getting beat upside the head by the Nuggets ever since they beat them in the bubble. It's a fact that the Lakers played the best ball in that Disney channel tournament and thats great. But its not the same as going through a gruelling season and coming out on top in the end.
Having a break mid season also benefits out of shape/older players btw who would usually gas out during the playoffs..
Since you're emotionally involved in any criticism that comes LeBubbles way you'll pretend to not understand how changing the parameters surrounding the game changes how the game is played. You think holding the NBA playoffs in Brazil wouldn't have an effect on how the game is played? What would happen if they went on a South American tour during the playoffs playing different games in different countries with ample time in between? You don't think that would change how it's played?
NBA players are used to everything the bubble eliminated. They're not used to being completely stuck in a hotel, where they can't have the company they want, move as freely as they usually do, or do the things they usually do.. And on top of all that no one knew where COVID was heading so there was a worry of what was exactly going on and what direction society was going in. Again, the Lakers played the best ball during that time but all the fatigue, distractions, jet lag etc.. are PART of what constitutes winning a championship.
And ultimately, the reason Caruso said this is because it gets brought up to him all the time. So you can get mad and name call all you want but it won't change the fact that a lot of people will NEVER look at the bubble ring the same way they do every other ring.

Your “counter point” is “well why didn’t the Lakers make it back?” The answer is obvious, the Westbrook trade completely changed their roster.
But more hilarious is the fact that you’re actually too smooth brained to realize that your big “gotcha moment” concedes that the bubble is real, because you can’t actually answer why the best teams in the bubble continued to be the best teams for the subsequent 4-5 years.

Saying “bu but what about the Lakers” does not change the fact that Miami went back to the Finals, Boston went twice and won one, and Denver one won. Nor does it change the fact that the final 4 teams in 2023 were the same ones in the bubble, coincidentally right when the Lakers got rid of WB.
