It looks funny that she took the money so its actually a halfway win for diddy. Shes accusing him of criminal activity basically but will stay quiet and guard the secrets for a cut. Honestly, the lawsuit tried to make her look like a bigger victim like she had no active involvement by willingly staying quiet with the intentions of blackmailing and extortion. To me, shes just as bad as diddy if not worse. As i said, look how she dipped from ryan leslie and got with diddy out of all people. She got a music career despite the fact she cant sing. That BET 106 and park performance says everything. She literally sucked her way to the middle and even sang about it.

Why do yall think she got 30m or more?

That's not how settlements work. They probably came to a number BELOW what she asked for, hence "settling"
But more than he originally offered.

I am willing to say that she got 8 figures. No Badboy artist saw that kinda bread.

Puff is a brand. He's a business onto himself. You pay to make it go away, but there's some things you don't pay to go away. This isn't one episode that skirts the law and it's a case if he said she said. Cudi cosigned and there's seemingly other people willing to cosign.

Those rumors stay around for life. If NONE of this is true, I'm fighting it in court. Personal reputation is one thing, but she is messing up my brand and ability to maximize my future earnings. I'm fighting that if it's outright false.

In saying that...I'm not saying this ISN'T a cash grab on Cassie's part. Clearly money was more important than reconciling the trauma in a court of law for herself and anyone in the future.

Facts diddy didn’t want more info come out

I don’t know what he did or didn’t do but rumors, issues with artists publishing and other things have been floating around for years. Public perception is everything and his rep is gonna take a massive hit. I don’t think we’ve seen or heard the last of this. The floodgates are open

Not only is this not true, but how many recent cases have we seen where the evidence was presented, testimonies given, verdict came back guilty and the same supporters of Tory, Kells, Cosby, etc still hold the same opinion? Not that a trial or lawsuit is for them but people ain’t changing their minds, even in the face of evidence and testimonies. What incentive does Cassie have to essentially retell her abuse and be asked the same inane dismissive at best questions posted across the internet when she detailed it in her initial filing and Puff is willing to settle?

It isn’t a criminal case either so again, what would be the real point of taking it to trial?

This is dismissive and continues to overstate the value of public opinion. Guilty is guilty. There's a lot of mothafukkas that think Trump is being railroaded, yet his entire life has been consistent with everything he is being charged with. Same with Puff. I say this as a true fan of his since I was a kid. If he did enough of that shyt, go to trial.

I nor the Justice system, nor the people seeking retribution should give ANY good gotdamn fukks what the public thinks. Guilty is guilty.

Taking it to trial insures that rich mothafukkas can't buy their way out of crimes and continue their patterns of antisocial behavior. I don't know about you, but personally I'm tired of there being two states of punishment for the rich and for everyone else.

Liar.

Show me one person who supports Tory. All of us on the coli had a watershed moment and admitted we were wrong, we even had what amounted to a Megan apology thread.

I was one of the people who was initially on Tory's side, UNTIL evidence came out that showed he did it.

Once that happened, I immediately said lock that fool up as did the rest of the brehs on this site.

That's what you don't seem to understand. All we're asking for is PROOF. Don't expect me to support you when you have no proof for what you're saying.

I think it is true, and that's no shade at Cassie because I believe 99 percent of women would chose the $30 million over justice in her situation.

It's fukked up because wealthy people shouldn't be able to get away with degenerate shyt by throwing money around. But that's just how it is, most people are willing to settle anything for the right price.
