He is really flirtatious, I thought it was annoying at first, then it grew on me so I thought it was cute and it's just a part of his personality (he's really good looking with a cool personality). I've been having an internal debate about how seriously to take him (he's always making jokes about us getting married). I get what you're saying. But still sounds like moral of the story is females should be okay with being objectified. You've all pretty much said the same thing. Embrace it, celebrate the implication; it means you're attractive, that the guy likes you. That's how societies start thinking it's okay to be a porn star; you're pretty, guys would want to watch you, you should be thrilled.

I am not saying 2 people who are interested in one another shouldn't be attracted but between that and this there has to be a middle ground that makes sense and maintains respect.
