CBS already has an app that allows you to watch there shows on mobile, its how I was able to watch Under the Dome this summer despite not having an PC with internet access.

I don't need 1000 channels when people like myself barely watch any on a consistent basis. $5-$15 per channel/package makes the most sense for us.
Netflix, HBO and sports packages are all I need.
