Big Boi and Andre were pretty equal in terms of contributions to OutKast as a group....Big Boi started off the better of the two then from Aquemini Andre separated himself as a more talented MC with the pen game at least. But Big Boi's consistent output and lack of fall-off or at least a graceful one is to be admired whilst his solo career has been impressive. Can't say the same for Andre.

Big Boi deserves to have higher placements on a GOAT list.

Even without a solo, Andre 3000 is a better rapper and producer than Cee-Lo. Cee-Lo is a better singer and overall artist because he'll even hit you with a spoken word number, a soul record, or go full Pop with it without missing a beat.
