Chick I used to kick it with became a YouTube celebrity almost overnight. We're still cool, don't talk that much but damn, she's living. She's got 1.5 million subscribers and is probably netting low six figures when you add in merch, touring, appearances, promotions, etc. :ehh:

I wonder how much these companies net off endorsements if they are shelling out this kind of fee money. That sheep effect is real.
I read some story that lots of brands are starting to cut back on "influencer" advertising cause that shyt rarely pays off. A lot of brands are gullible and toss money at these people for very little ROI and they see themselves as pawns to a bunch of frauds leveraging "non-tangible" assets and "skills" that amount to little more than bullshyt.

might need to look into this:patrice:

To make it you have to have an angle, something no one else really does, plus a bit of luck. From what I've seen of your posts here, you might have a shot at gaining fame by pursuing the early 2000s 50 Cent route. Just make hate videos clowning on famous YouTube people, make it entertaining, comment on their videos with inventive insults linking to your videos, and if you're lucky, one will mention you or start beefing with you, and you'll blow up :lolbron:

See, this is what I'm thinking because I've rarely seen anyone inclined to purchase a product off social media adverts.

I actually have a really good idea for one that doesn't require me to be on camera, only catch is I'd have to pay some models and I'd have to film them in bulk so that I have a built up supply so nobody else can ride the wave.

There's a section of videos out there with millions of views, but not adding male and female models to the mix :mjpls:
I have an abundance of ideas, 4k cameras, equipment, can edit and all that, but I'm not camera person either.

I wonder if my newborn is tho :patrice:

I'll give you 5% :mjpls:

My idea is pretty good, I'm damn sure not about to post it on here, it may not make millions but I'm sure it would get enough followers. I can make the content into mini episodes of 5-10 minutes each and even have a goal towards the end which people will care about.

My youtube page has around 4500 subs and over 1.4 million total views and my first youtube check was for $150.34 lol..It varies from month to month...most people think these rich youtubers get paid off of views and thats not true, they get paid off of advertisements clicks..adsense only pays for add clicks...

Start a channel

i have a feeling it's one of those things where, people don't really know ahead of time whether or not they have that "it" personality until they just try. You know, there are a lot of annoying and awkward personalities that but its clear there is a market for the type of personality who maybe a bit rough around the edges personally, definitely not the traditional celebrity personality brand and shameless enough to broadcast it to the world... Just go on with the intent of offering something. And see where it goes :ehh; I think someone like Phoenix Knightly can do pretty good on youtube.
