The Playoffs pretty much show what happens if your team doesn't have a true star/go to player...The Celtics are very well coached but it's only so much a team full of role players can do especially when teams begin to transition.

Celtics need to cash in some of there assets for at least one star leave player and need to sign an upgrade in the front court.

Exactly so the coaches kind of cancel each other out in a way but a guy like Milsap/Horford/Teague prove to be of value when they are against the likes of Sullinger/Olynk/Isiah Thomas without Bradley also.

But the good thing about the Celts are that they will be able to improve this team multiple ways over the offseason....Not so much for a lot of the other teams in the offs.
