Carlson trying to intellectualize his fear of "scary change causing border crossers" was despicable.

Other than that he unfortunately came off alot less fascist than he normally does on his own program. He was also really animated every time he got into a jam and tried the typical clownservative decontextualize everything strategy.
You can tell he is a performer more than in intellectual.

Cenk had the "I can't believe I'm stuck here with this moron" vibe through most of it and he had to repeatedly say that he wasn't being sarcastic when he agreed with some of the less insane things Carlson said.


Finally, it was a bizarre exchange when Cenk asked about the campaing finance 28th Amendment and Carlson kept saying the problem was RWJN online censorship. Nah you RWNJs need to shut the fucc up when you delivering straight hate speech and Alt Right propaganda. No one feel bad for Alex Jones

First off, Violence inducing hate-speech is not the only thing being censored in google. they control the algorithms and the searches, essentially showing you what they think you should see in the search.

I don't agree that they should be doing this, however, if they continue to do this, they should have a disclaimer on every one of their searches explaining that, so at least ppl know what they are using.

I think having a company that has control over what ppl see, has a lot of power to influence the public.

For example....would you want google to only show Pro-Trump searches?

Of course not, because that could drastically change the perception of Trump for a lot of ppl.

I keep warning people that immigration is a political hot potato and democrats will lose on this issue unless they take some serious evaluations and criticisms of their policies to heart.

Hate him or love him, Tucker stood his ground on immigration and it was one of the only arguments Cenk looked legitimately weak on and wanted to move on from....

it's not just these types of debates. All of politics has become some sort of sports entertainment. where each pick a side and fight fervently against each other.

Everything has become some polarizing and there is little room for rationale discussion anymore.

Ppl ride and die for their political party like they are cheering on the Lakers or Patriots. no matter what either side does (good or bad) the other side will always battle against it.

ranking products based on what they want to sell you is different. that is no different than a grocery store putting certain items on its own display or on the better shelf.

controlling information is different. and just because they aren't the government doesn't mean they shouldn't have a responsibility to be transparent about it.

That power that they have over information is extremely powerful.
