I barely watch CFB and only Cal games/some pac-12 games so Im a bit of a homer, but Goff will be at very least a first rounder
if he does well against the ranked teams (UCLA, USC, Utah, stanford) he may go in the top 5
the only thing is hes strictly a shotgun QB right now and sometimes he will force the ball.
otherwise I dont see any real weaknesses to his game on college level at least. he makes decent decisions, is mobile, throws well on the run, poised in the pocket, accurate, goes through progressions, makes anticipation throws, has decently quick release, good footwork, understands his receivers strengths and weaknesses, and is great on sideline throws/fades. for arm fappers, he has a strong arm as well.
some scouts will scoff at his hands or lanky build, but I dont see any problems there.
if I was
@#1 pick Id compare him to Matt Ryan with more mobility
