They ain't got the answers

which is fukked up.

and they don't have the stats.

and they don't have the info.

How can we defeat shyt when we can't even defend out own shyt. I witnessed IRL 4 different people GET EATEN ALIVE (during debates ) because they can't back our movements.

thats the point of the thread tbh. disagree or agree with the movement, AT LEAST be able to back your point.

I don't have a beef.. And Me of ALL PEOPLE can't complain about racism:skip:

I just have a question.

anyway , I know you're not ignorant enough to think that integration stopped violence or that laws are what protected us from it. Or that there isn't housing discrimination. For single homes and apts yes --------- but the method was moved to a larger more damaging scale ( redlining, gentrification, white flight, etc ) AKA bill didn't have a result.
Violence by individual actors can't be truly controlled.

Institutionally however, its not condoned in the eye of the law

Brown vs Board of Education... something i had to research in college. in my 20's I was thinking it was a good thing

Now I'm asking

if begging the children of your oppressor to teach your (black masses) children and avoiding to teach your own children in your own institutions a good thing? ?
Brown V Board was more than sitting in the same class. Its about money.

Before then, black schools got little to none of the same FUNDING white schools got.

Does that fix everything?

No

But if you refuse to understand the nuances of profound legal cases, then I can't pretend to take your attempt at riling up bullshyt seriously.

So what you are doing in here is low key arguing for a separation of races? Blacks should form their own communities or nation and do their own thing is what you think. And what you want to know is what are the arguments against that and for a fight for equal rights in the existing us society instead?

idk.
what were the ideologies?

People say focus on voting rights, racial discrimination and housing. What do you think? and was it a net positive and the right direction to go.
This is the direction nearly 100% of black went with...........
but there were different ideologies.
the thing is im not exactly sure what/who your're criticizing or asking about. you're asking a very broad question.
do i think fighting for voting rights, and an end to housing discrimination are good things? yeah

i dont know what you mean by the focus, the focus was black empowerment, but obviously you need specific goals to get there, but that was cut short and diverted by the government and we were left with integration and feminism for the women

yes.

Sort of like how we used to have a few black wallstreets.... along those lines.
I don't believe accepting a permanent 2nd class statues is the right way to go. Because even if I'm successful, 98% of the nikkas from my neighborhood aren't and mainly because they didn't have the chances I did.
and my sons have to deal with the stigmas of their sons actions in the future-- because we are all one group.

But yes, argument against us just building our own.

I have friends that went to our schools.... with this so called funding.

The gap between me and them....... is So ridiculous, that shyt made me sad, I didn't know until I was around 21 how bad it was..

My sat score was higher than EVERY SINGLE PERSON in my little brothers School District. So miss me with all this bullshyt.

there are two different worlds in this nation.

We need to build and educate our own. Am I right or wrong?

^This sure isn't.

but something that can go against me begging the question.
there's nothing to go against
you don't like how the civil rights movement turned out but there's no reason why an oppressed group would not attempt one....:leostare:
I don't know about much politics but getting access to certain things seems like it's easier to achieve than building an entire new infrastructure in a country where your rights are severely limited
how can you build a community when you aren't allowed to make any big moves?

:ohlawd:

shyt written on paper is meaningless.

privacy rights were on paper........ and now he government can take you from your home put you in a prison and rape you in the ass if they wanted.. all because they illegally monitored your shyt.

and you believe Black Americans have equal rights in this nation? I'm just asking.
