The seperation between what's fake and what's real
That' not what's exactly goin' on.
It's the fact a lot of media conglomerates have capital that the private prison industry benefits.
It creates a dangerous situation, when, these same media giants are able to glamorize criminal activity.
Label heads sitting down and tellin' rappers "make prison seem like the place to be" is fan-fiction.
We don't have proof that the state and the private prison system is trying to cheat people into jail, but, we do have proof that the states has capacity standards/requirements for some of these private prisons that go up.
I dont think its far fetched that label heads tell these people what to rap about or what direction to go.....
