I have no motivation to even give this album a relisten. Lost tapes 2 is still in constant rotation

Yeah, I'm probably one of his biggest defenders on here. Album is a chore for me at this point. a bunch of stuff he's thrown away over the last 3 years is better that 90% of this album.

Like he got his God bars off and still made a super hard song with My Peak, but then bushed it.(I know the mastered version came out but he let king louie throw that trash ass verse on it so I'd rather listen to the instagram version lol). An album in this vibe would have destroyed, but he went too far the other way.

It's wild but essentially all the artists that all came up around the same time as Chance from the city have surpassed him as artists IMO


One thing Chance had going for him was the allure of how big of a production he could deliver with an 'album' due to how many connections he has in the industry and how many people he works with.

Then you hear this album compared to Saba's, Mick Jenkins', noname, Joey Purp etc etc etc


This shyt was such a disappointment, it's really unbelievable to me.

Just finished it, not NEARLY as bad as people are making it out to be. Not better than Coloring Book but I really liked this.


I feel like this is getting the same criticism CB got too, Chance makes fun, happy, and positive music. I don’t understand how you can have a bad time listening to some of these songs on here.

I haven’t listen to Chance outside of Acid Rap (Which I haven’t listed to in years). I tried listening to Color Book but it didn’t interest me.

Oh and Fantano’s Big Sean review is the funniest shyt I’ve watched from him
