Obviously I'm a Blazer fan but I've always followed the Heat going back to Zo and Hardaway.

1. Hope Wade opts out and re-sign him as a 6th man. No way he gets superstar money or even all-star money.
2. Make Bosh the #2. Spo has him as a spot up shooter. He was 20-10 in Toronto.
2. Get rid of Chalmers and Battier. They should never see another minute in a Heat uniform.
4. Play Michael Beasley and see where Greg Oden's conditioning is.
3. fukk it...fire Spo and hire Jeff Van Gundy. Spurs are the better team but three straight blowouts is embarrassing.

This shyt isn't over.

The East is awful and even as currently constructed, the Heat can make it back to the Finals. If they re-sign LeBron...I see no reason they can't make it back to the finals four more years.

Maybe re-sign Wade to 42 mil over 4 years. That gives them room to sign a quality free agent or two and can still keep Bosh. It'll hurt in the long run since Wade is already .
