And don't do the stupid second guessing of just saying the opposite of what they actually did so you can never be wrong

How about instead of trying to trap every pick and roll leaving guys open you either go over or under the screen depending on who has the ball.

How about instilling some accountability into wade who's awful defense is one of the main reasons they lost the series.

Playing guys who will give an effort defensively (oden) douglas, someone.

He kept his same stale defense and it got lit up. They gave up open 3's all season and i said it would bite them when it counted most.

If they don't get a scorer such as Melo Bron is gone IMO. Kyle Lowry/Gortat is not gonna cut it. Better D is good but when LeBron knows if he doesn't score 30-40 points they lose, they have a problem.

wade needs to restructure, come off of the bench or gtfo. he can barely bend his knees anymore and his offense is more suited for a 2nd unit.

the most glaring need is a point guard. i think cole will probably be the odd man out and the heat will bring in a veteran to run the show. heat could use another big man in place of birdman and haslem and a suitable backup for lebron. their front office has a lot of work to do.

Wade played the same defense all 5 games. Spo isn't going to hold wade accountable remember they almost fought in the pacer series in 2012.

I said go over or under depending on who has the ball. Diaw, Leonard, Parker i'm going under. Manu, Marco, Patty mills you go over.

Spurs ball movement made that trapping defense fish food. You can't keep giving teams the same looks over and over again they will adjust, then you have to adjust.

I would like to see Lebron to play with somebody like Demarcus Cousins. He needs a 20-10 guy to run with. And a dude with an "attitude". That or Bosh soft ass needs to develop an edge.

That said. Get rid of Spo because the dude is pretty useless. Do you see the level of respect the Spurs players have for Pop, he commands respect and he knows how to motivate his players and I just don't see that same thing with Miami and Spo. They need somebody that commands respect and who'll yell at Wade or Bosh and even Lebron.

A better offensive system was installed though. Remember Spo's first year. I think this is about the best he can do. Bron needs help. He can be depended on having to score 30-40 a game for them to have a chance.

I don't get why people so stuck on names and stars equaling rings. Didn't Miami just get ran off the floor by a better "team" you need pieces that fit. You lose bosh but bring in melo who is basically just another bron/wade type of player you don't fix the perimeter defense, you not fixing the rebounding you not fixing the bench production and with melo bron and wade eating up so much of the cap you will have very little ways to fix them.

If I'm Miami that's what I'm trying to fix. Put a damn team together . Stop with the superfriends shyt it worked for 2 titles because the league couldn't catch up, but we see how it ends.

Wade def need to move to the 6th man at this point. No way that nikka is opting out of that contract at this point lol
- at this point bron either needs to keep his weight and just become a power forward or lose like 30-40 pounds and stay a wing player to help prolong his playing career
- if the heat can't pull a trade for Demarcus cousins they can try to get Yeah his basketball iq is But he def has talent. Surround him with cats that can demand that he works hard, he could finally love up to his potential. They could also try to get deandre Jordan, but he might ask for crazy loot after this past season.
- I think Shawn Livingston from the nets is a free agent. He' can score, and with his length he can defend multiple positions.

Man to man straight up, no switching on screens. Play them the same way the Mavs played them in round one and took them to 7. Ginobli said it after the game last night that Dallas had the right defense because San An hates playing one on one and trying to beat people off the dribble. When you switch like the Heat did you allow San An the ability to beat you with ball movement. You end up having your best player gassed in the 4th quarter 3 straight games and cramping up in game 1.

They thought that end to game 1 was a fluke because Bron wasn't out there but that was really a precursor of things to come.
