First of all, a 10% increase on $1800 rent is not $2000.



Second of all, charging your SO a fee just to line your pockets with pure profit is some straight hoe shyt. Split the expenses 50/50. All the expenses (taxes, utilities, maintenance, everything). Personally, if I was moving in with my girl to her paid off house, I’d offer to pay 100% of the utilities, half of the maintenance and none of the taxes (it’s her house)
