I don't particularly care for Ether, but that 3rd verse hurt Jay-Z big. At the time Jay-Z was taking way too many shots at women, a bit of their history, a good play on the rocafella name and the rest were angry comebacks at Jay for calling him out. It's a very good diss track, but tbh neither are in the top 5 all time. It is overrated mostly due to the status of those two.
