Edit: I actually watched the video now, what did he say that was wrong? If you're against improving your situation and bettering yourself then you're already lost. The "hood" is just slang for black neighborhood. Saying fukk the hood is basically saying fukk black people.

There's plenty love on the street. The problem is that cats don't know when it's time to leave the street shyt alone. Cats that have an opportunity to leave the hood and the all the snakes in the hood behind sometimes find it tough to do that.

Again, I feel sorry that this is your reality. I've got childhood friends from the "hood" that till this day is trust my life with.
