How do you police n-word use in New York City on a visual basis?

When you're sitting on the D Train, you don't know anybody's name or background, while
the n-word is zipping around during conversations, especially after school lets out.

Can DJ Envy use the n-word on the D-Train?

Can Romeo Santos use the n-word on the D-Train?

Can Julito (Namond from "The Wire") McCullum use the n-word on the D-Train?

Can Giancarlo Stanton use the n-word on the D-Train on the way to work?

Depends where you at

A mexican in Chicago saying nikka is gettin smashed on
Nope. They do it all the damn time. They may tone it down when around a lot of black folks. But mexicans and Ricans here 100% use it amongst each other and people they’re cool with.

And OP is about island Latinos PR, DR, etc. most of whom are mixed w black ancestry and live in black hoods in most places.

So to be clear: We(blacks) are giving Hispanics and everyone else a pass to say the N word? Are we extended the same privilege by other groups to use racist terms as well? I'm trying to come to a compromise here and it looks one sided.

lol nah. Thats NYC with that “them Hispanics grew up with us and are honorary nikkas, so they can say it.”

The rest of us acknowledge that it may be being said amongst a small segment of them throughout the states, but for the most part, it doesn’t get said (atleast in the presence of another black American) and no passes are being given. Sorry Hispanics outside the Tri states :francis:

We have got to let that word go man. If you can't have a conversation without using it then you lost. People keep saying times have changed and all that... how about making it lame to say the n word. shyt is out of hand now.. it's been out of hsnd since Khaled's ass was using it. Now you got all these fair skinned motherfukkers using it and you don't know what they are or where they're from. shyts getting old man.

I grew up in Newark and Hispanic people have said it freely since the early 90’s. When I joined the Army in 2000 I almost got my ass kicked a couple of times and I had no idea why. It was so normal where I grew up. Now in my late 30s I don’t ever say it and feel stupid for being so ignorant back in the day.

Yea, it’s not acceptable everywhere and that’s what a lot of us in here are saying. When outside of the tri state area, it’s probably best not to say it.

So y'all like whites with African blood in ya. Or what? Because it seems like u also insinuating y'all afro-latino

My bloodline is mixed but I can't call it
And Lil Durk just did a song with Cambodian rapper Stupid Young where he says the N word.

As far as Kap G though, he hasn't said the N word in his recent songs as far as I know.

That's definitely not a black area in my opinion, seems like mostly Latinos and Asians

The Hurst is the more black side especially Astoria blvd and after
