My bloodline is mixed but I can't call it

The Hurst is the more black side especially Astoria blvd and after

Yeah I know there are black people in East Elmhurst more so than the other neighborhoods.

But I've been to Jackson Heights and Corona many times and I see very few black people when I'm there. I took a long walk through Corona the other day and saw almost nothing but Hispanic people. Maybe there are other parts where there are more black people, but to me it's not a "black and Latino" neighborhood the way Easr Harlem is.
Oh ok but historically east elmhurst had black home owners and shyt right?

Or were they mostly renters?

The area has a lot of black homeowners.

I think Jackson Heights has been listed as most diverse city in the world

But I'm sure they mean the historical side like 70s and 80s. Once you hit 90th it starts to look more like Corona

Yeah. Neighboring Woodside is very diverse too.

Corona used to be black from my parents' accounts on back in the days, but yeah it's mainly hispanic and asian now

I can't speak on ownership, just that those three neighborhoods shared schools and parks

I hear that but people in here are acting like out on the street everywhere other than the east coast black people ain’t really fukking with Hispanics like that

If that’s the case how does a mexican even get put on to a black gang?

And now you’re telling me there’s even blacks in mexican gangs

Not that any of this justifies use of the word by non blacks but people be trying to create their own narrative for the sake of argument

Point im trying to make though is the way ny blacks say they grew up with latinos so they get a pass

Seems like the same rules apply in other cities (like la) it’s just not as prevelant as it is in ny

Pretty much. Where i'm from some people will give you pass others wont. Charge it to the game :yeshrug:

As far as Mexicans in New York, they definitely don't say the N word as much as Puerto Ricans and Dominicans, but a lot of them live in the same neighborhoods as blacks and Puerto Ricans (like East Harlem and Mott Haven) so I'm guessing some of them say it.

And Guyanese and Trinidadian Indians do get away with saying it, and likely Bengalis as well.

Latinos shouldn’t say it. If you Latino and lived in a majority black neighborhood and went to majority black schools, u start saying that shyt out of ignorance cause you get called nikka all day and that shyt just gets engraved in your vocabulary and you don’t even know the history behind the word. When you get older though as a Latino you should make a conscious effort to stop saying it once you learn the history behind it.
