The updated documents that touched on Charlamange, his actual cousins and additional details on that night. As well as we FINALLY got the DNA results. Also the woman involved in the Spanish Fly incident came forward in defense of Charlamange. His lawyer team done a great job in pulling this.
The most vague is the DNA results. The rape kit because it revealed that no semen was found in or on her. Everything else such as blood or saliva was stated as not processed.
The suspect to which was Charlamange only had blood and saliva tested was also noted as not processed.
Yet and still according to the medical examiners from the previous documents, the victim was indeed sexually assaulted.
Being that there were results of the DNA in the aftermath would of meant automatically CTG was clear. But it may further points to a condom was used. And being that it confirms that none of the blood and saliva been processed (and we know for a fact CTG taken a blood sample) it is still unknown over him involved or not. Or maybe the examiners got it wrong in their conclusion to being rape since there was no semen.

The victim's friend was drugged, she found the victim screaming going crazy, fellas, his cousins mainly, confused as to why she's hysterical. The victim crying she was raped and punching walls and tossing the TV over. Charlamange DID go to the station to clear his name, based on the newly reviewed documents. His story he told them was slightly different by saying he paid to set up the party but his cousin was the one that rented the room itself. He left between 10PM to 2:30AM because there were other parties going on at the same time. He came back and saw police there and dipped out assuming something bad happened. Then he heard on the street that his name was implicated into the incident and that's the reason he came to the station. He provided where he was and so forth, but he REFUSED to put it in writing. The police asked if he's willing to take a DNA test later and he was fine with that. Then he stated he going to have his cousins come up there to clear any suspicions of them. There's no record of that happening that we know of. After that the arrest warrant and we know the rest.

But overall, CTG maybe a dumb muthafukka for habitual self-snitching, even going to the station willingly which arguably why he became the main suspect. But in general he may been telling the truth all along with the additional documents were revealed.
