I think they are overrated and like I tell my wife in my opinion that southern soul food tastes better than carribean soul food she can't understand that it's not the same even tho the island version is maybe healthier it ain't seeing southern soul food from the dirty south that I was raised on. Jamaican food Haitian food pales in comparison
