I saw some huge women in houston but I was in the burbs. It's too hot out there to be outside so everyone be home, car, function. No one is hanging outside. Miami too expensive and played out with the thot culture. ATL scammer central cant take no woman seriously from there. I agree with brehs way too many women out there with too many tattoos. Like any very visible tattoo just screams thot or thug it's not sexy. Brehs coming up nowadays missed out big on the 90s and early 2000s. Women were gorgeous and natural.
Got here yesterday morning, but I was so tired. I didn't sleep at all Monday because I had to drive us to Peoria, IL to catch our 5am flight smh. Slept a long time once we checked in to the hotel. Glad there are bars and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Did eventually walk down 5th and looked around.
My wife saw the advertisement for the Taste of Charlotte on TV this morning. We definitely hitting that up

During my now 8 years living here I must say this has consistently been my biggest gripe.
There is absolutely no semblance of a grid, until you hit tiny little “Uptown”. The moment you step foot out of the Uptown area the road grid turns into a non sensible clusterfu** of precisely what you described.
It is also virtually IMPOSSIBLE, anywhere in this city, to simply “go around the block”- which is basically like when you miss your turn in most cities all you have to do is make a left, then a left, then another left, and boom you’re right back to where you were(or it could be all right turns).
But here? If you miss your turn you are farked. You’ll get taken almost MILES out of the way before you end up circling back to where you were. Often times it even involves hopping on some freeway and then figuring out the exit patterns just to get back to where you were. It is insanely foolish, and will always hold this city back from becoming a world class city. And as you mentioned then there’s the name changes of the same road, without warning. Multiple roads with the same name or close variants. Lanes on major roads that dead out into turning lanes with little to no warning. It’s pure hillbilly engineering.
The lack of sidewalks doesn’t help either. Having virtually ZERO sidewalk infrastructure severely demolishes any culture of foot traffic that a city could’ve had. And we all know, foot traffic is where a city’s culture is born and engrained. The foot traffic of a city is where the city’s personality is born. It’s the roots.
These things or the lack thereof, have gotten this city ranked the #1 WORST major city for what’s called “connectivity” or, basically, the ability to move freely through the city.
And it explains why this city has no culture of its own. Charlotteans hate to hear that but it’s the truth. Every major city I’ve ever lived/been to in the U.S. has its own culture. Its own flavor. Charlotte, however, is just a city that follows trends. The latest “trend”, is what becomes the culture here.
