Chatgpt gets things wrong all the time and hallucinates alot. Its on you to discern what information is useful and what isnt.

I remember I was trying to discuss Stephing Kings The Running Man with it and it started just making shyt up about the book to go along with what I was saying..I had just finished reading it so I knew it was wrong.

If you tell it anything it'll just start agreeing with you.

You gotta tell it is wrong and it fixes itself. The more you use it the better it becomes...

We have meaningful conversations about government, art, black elbows and areolas.

:patrice:Are you saying that because this is what Chatgpt thinks of you?

I use it for work cause I'm lazy but you still have to go over what it spits out hopefully with time it'll get better with those brain fog moments, but if it doesn't just means my career is safe for a bit longer.
Yeah, it definitely has a habit of gassing people up and feeding into their delusions. But let’s be real; ChatGPT isn’t what made you delusional. You already were, and now you're just using AI as an excuse. You’ve got to have the self-awareness to know better.

this is why I hate people using chatgpt as a source for their bias on here. it will just say whatever to appeal to you a lot of the time. I constantly have to correct it and tell it to provide sources(that it admits it can't find)

Younger students are already getting caught up using AI helpers.
That's the fukked up thing about it. With you and me, we grew up and could utilize our own knowledge and research. We didn't have an AI on our phones that instantly gives you an answer, regardless of accuracy. These kids are growing up side by side with AI. Ultimately, it falls on parents to teach their children how to properly research and utilize critical thinking skills.

@Sccit you're guilty of this, you seem to believe (or pretend to believe) that AI is an actual credible source that one can appeal to in an argument when it's clearly spitting out bullsh*t:mjlol:
"oranges taste salty, if you don't believe it here's AI talking about it for 4 pages"

I THINK USING IT FOR THERAPY IS A BIT DIFFERENT THAN USING IT TO SOURCE GEOPOLITICAL FACTS
