Here is some key tips on how I look so gawt damm handsome and healthy
Besides having dynamic DNA from both my parents


1. Defecating more than 3 times a day
I'm dead serious
Defecation is 1 of the main ways your body detoxifies itself

So you get rid of impurities quickly
2. I drink beaucoup well water :wow:
Keeps my skin healthy and moisturized and body lubricated
3. Take Biotin, Apple Cider Vinegar caps,
And L-Lysine . All great for skin and hair. Prevents any acne and keeps tone even
4. Wash face n hair with Dudu Osun
Soap
5. Always incorporate cardio in
workouts so that I sweat naturally and

keep my pores unblocked and body
detoxed


Follow these rules you'll have mad hoes to cut up
If not, you will look old when u wake up
Wrinkles hit your temple, watch your frame shake up
Caretaker will have to do your makeup, like you passed

All good tips but here is another one.

When you wake up drink 3 glasses of room temperature on an empty stomach and then wait 30 minutes before eating anything. Will flush out toxins to keep your skin looking good, keep your digestion more stable and improve your metabolism.

Drinking water on empty stomach is vital
Cleans everything and flushes all the bacteria

Been trying this for 2019 as per reco of owner of my gym... first drink of every morning...

Use a large water glass:
-Juice of a full lemon
-2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
-1 Teaspoon of pink himilaya salt
-Top off glass w water
-Chug

Jack your heart rate up/break a sweat at least 4-5 times per week

Eat green vegetables... more than you think

Drink a lot of water (I go for my body weight in fluid oz as min per day)

As @Sweet Meat Chaucer said... shyt and piss often, rid your body of toxins and waste

Try and get 8 hours of sleep every night




I’m 38 and still get carded for booze :yeshrug:
