Smart move by Billups. He might literally end up doing nothing, but he'll get at least one finals appearance on his resume and that will look good for a future job.


Compare that to Fisher who might never get another job due to how bad it went with the Knicks. Resumes are important in every field, Billups going to build his up while doing the minimum amount. :yeshrug:

I like the hiring personally but I am really concerned how and why Griffin has never extended a GM in his tenure...Well shyt I can't blame not resigning Grant..


I think all of this talk about moves coming in free agency next season is initial anger from Lebron over not being involved in the extension of the GM but I think if he sits down and talks with Chauncey and if Chauncey has a Legitimate plan I think the Cavs may be back into the game of making some moves to improve.

It's too much potential black excellence for him to be acting like this and them telling dudes not to try to come to the team
