You didn't read the article?
Yea, you think I just pulled their names out of nowhere :beli:

There is precedent from when the Pistons retired Dennis Rodman’s No. 10. Former Piston Greg Monroe was allowed to wear the jersey until he left this past off-season.

Now do you actually have an answer to my question or no.

Are you really retiring a number if players still wear them

everyone always neglects tayshaun "non all-star" prince.

remember that year the other 4 starters made the all-star team and flip saunders put all of them in at the same time? tayshaun gets no props.

If his window of success was like 4 years longer he'd be aa great but he was just a dude with a wet curl screen jumper for like 4 years that's it. No 3, no impressive penetration (tho he could jam some times)....

Prime rip was a joy to watch but that was 2003-2005 that's it

be ungrateful for a championship ring brehs
what? breh i was a huge fan of both from when they got to the team until the playoff loss vs. cleveland.

Tayshaun prince DIED to me in that series, and rip and prince basically turned into rasheed wallace WITHOUT THE HUSTLE.

Ben wallace should get his number retired. There was a moment when he was equal to STEVE YZERMAN in detroit and that is some unheard of shyt...dude was on the side of skyscrapers....

Billups SHOULD EVENTUALLY but i wouldn'tve done it yet. but if they want to now, fine...

rip and prince? nah man...they weren't hot for long and when they fell off they actually accelerated the demise of the franchise.

Sheed should get his number retired before THEM.
