what? breh i was a huge fan of both from when they got to the team until the playoff loss vs. cleveland.

Tayshaun prince DIED to me in that series, and rip and prince basically turned into rasheed wallace WITHOUT THE HUSTLE.

Ben wallace should get his number retired. There was a moment when he was equal to STEVE YZERMAN in detroit and that is some unheard of shyt...dude was on the side of skyscrapers....

Billups SHOULD EVENTUALLY but i wouldn'tve done it yet. but if they want to now, fine...

rip and prince? nah man...they weren't hot for long and when they fell off they actually accelerated the demise of the franchise.

Sheed should get his number retired before THEM.
What's the point of that shyt though?

Either you want to retire the jersey or not, what's the sense in this making cats wait shyt?

fukk overrated ass tayshaun prince and his single highlight ever

Post 05 tayshaun legit held the franchise back

Wasn't Tay fault that Joe thought he was gonna become an all star to keep the thing going. It was the same thing with Stuckey when Joe dealt Billups to hand the keys to him

Billups was the locker room leader and Ben was the on court leader of the Pistons so they're right to retire those numbers

Spent the last 7 years running shytty iso plays and sulking on the bench. If he didn't have that one block no one would care who Tayshaun was :scust:

Rip was good, but after 08 it was obvious he couldn't do what he did without Chauncey :sadcam:

Nah u think sheed should be retired a blazer vs a piston
Ben and billups were journey men/trade pieces before they got here and they brought it together
Sheed put us over the top but billups and wallace were franchise players from 03-09 for us and denver

The Set
Mason is perfect as a PA Announcer.

It's even better in person; if you're a diehard fan, it'll get you hyped.

I used to listen to him every morning when he had a radio show. Dude legit changed the landscape as far as NBA announcers go. Every franchise needs to tip they hat to him... I'm happy about the retirements. Ben leaving probably cost that squad another ring. Glad he came back though. Dude should be able to get a job with any organization as a defensive coach.

A young wire28 never could picture this day as he watched his boys embarrass the lakers in the championship while his picture of Ben Wallace hung up and his (undersized :camby: ) free Rasheed Wallace jersey for the first 10,000 fans was on the wall :mjcry:

Rip Hamilton not getting that love, eh?
He was yappin too much when it all started to fall down. He was my least favorite of the starting five after all that.
