I know nobody that is trying to be a first time head coach in the nba will turn down a job, but coaches accepting opportunities on teams where the star is halfway in and halfway out never ends good.

i mean come in knowing the player will be traded and you are coaching a rebuilding team. But to come in and the team expecting to win and it may or may not have the talent able to do that and the star wants our has to suck. I’d rather coach the magic.
