Payne catalog not touching Ransom’s Director’s Cut this year. Sorry

lyrically, we can debate this. but its a wash when you put the bulk of Craven's lazy ass loops up against Payne's production. add in the fact that there was no filler on either of their projects but Payne had about 90 min runtime compared to approx 70 min of Ransom. as dope as Ran bars were, replay value just wasnt there for me.

This shyt dope didn't skip one track, and I actually ran it back again. I actually like this one better than the one she dropped with Apollo, reason being we know what type of beats bringing to the table.

She's very dope. I think I realized what truly makes me not even think about the fact that she's a female emcee.

She rarely draws attention to it one way or the other. She just spits and if she's dropping content she speaks to her personal experience. If it just so happens to be from a more female perspective, then it is what it is. But too many female emcees IMO either draw mad attention to the fact that they're women, or they go out of their way to act like they're just like the guys.

Che Noir just doesn't talk about it. That's refreshing to me.
