Cheapest apartment i can get in NYC?

He said he's willing to spend up to $1500 that's why I said that, he likes the lifestyle and potential opportunities in NYC, also feels like he would make the most money here because of his job.

Again it depends on where you look. You can find some 1 bedroom apts with about 600 sqft for about $1300-$1500 in decent neighborhoods.

What southern cities would you recommend? I'm bout to turn 20 and i can pay up to 1500 a month for rent. Looking for somewhere with a nice night life and maybe close to some community colleges.

shyt 1500 will get you a nice home fukk paying rent. I pay 1100 right now for my house, but I'd recommend starting looking into Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Memphis and downtown New Orleans. They are all good places to start as far as what you're looking for.

You could always stay in Hoboken or Jersey City for a short period if you have a job lined up in NYC. It'll give you time to stack your money up and research NYC neighborhoods until your lease is up.

For 14-1500 you can get a 1bedroom in Jamaica , some parts in bk you can find 1 for 12500+. These are not the best areas but their not bad either I mean everything is arround u shopping food deli drug stores bytches drugs party's train station (depending where). I was planning to sell my car before movin to NYC too but it's gone ny has best transportation (but fuk MTA piece of shyt) u can get to the city easily anytime

Also I'm a felon i just got a job in IT again no background search again said I have a college degre and they didn't check again (sec time) so don't listen to nikkas u good

Lol see, now i still can't decide.

the bold part is why i literally love new york. Never had a boring day there. And nikkas don't even hassle you as much cuz they see so many faces on the daily.

Think i need to just go give the south a little visit see whats its really like out there. Then I can make my decision.
