I just want to help piece the puzzle. And since most of it is out in the public now I feel like it's cool to share.
SAS is always accurate when it comes to LBJ for the most part. It's delayed sometimes. I was shocked that he let go today. So I'm guessing he got the go ahead.
what is the reason for not saying?
Ok from that perspective I can understand, it just seemed weird that the last few days have been constant "Lebron doesn't want to play with Bosh" like Bosh just became some type of Cancer. Bosh plays hard, rarely complains, and makes no waves.....
I always thought it was Melo and Chris Paul who originally wanted to play together in New York...

I definitely don't have inside information like @jaguar paw but from an outsiders perspective the Gilbert letter completely engulfed all the good Gilbert's done for the Cavs and the city as a whole. All week we've heard that LeBron left because Gil never got him help but we went through at least two full roster changes trying to find complimentary talent while Bron was here, Gilbert's wallet was always open, it's not his fault specifically that hall of famers weren't flocking to Cleveland. If Gilbert had just kept quiet post Decision I think he still would be viewed as one of the best owners in the league. He's just a massive fanboy, nothing overtly wrong with that.

Gloria hated Mike Brown and Danny Ferry.
Which to me, explains why Mike got the axe not just because he sucks. That relationship with Bron was starting to mend. That Z retirement thing was just for show. But I'm sure you knew that already.
Romeo Travis (his HS teammate) played against David Blatt as well.
Leon Rose & World Wide Wes wanted Bron outta Cleveland asaptually. They eventually accomplished that. They really really really really really wanted him in NY. But understood the Miami thing.
Bron put Rich under them to learn and get experience. The LBJ team looked up to them. You know the rest.
Mav, Rich, Frank, Weems, Randy, and Savannah all wanted him to stay in 2010.
