Yea I just re-read. It wouldn't surprise me if that was the average since the lower level is most likely gonna be north of $450 with courtside being much higher than that.
Notice I said AVERAGE AFTER RESALE. Obviously that's going be sky high when you include the floor, loge, and box seats.
I did not say every ticket will be north of $450.
