Mozgawd has turned out to be better on the offensive end than I anticipated. The other night he showed some range knocking down long/midrange shots.
It was like Big Z was out there

Kinda wish OKC beat the Hawks. They are coming into Cleveland pissed.
Should be a great game though.
Under the condition of anonymity, Cavs players admitted that they had lost faith because of the lack of depth and structure of the roster. A handful of players said they came to realize the roster, as it was constructed before the trades, wasn't equipped to go any further than the second round, if that. One player claimed the frustration of an "unbalanced roster probably contributed" to the players' poor body language and effort level. Another player said "it was never Coach [David] Blatt's fault.
conspiracy?Fair
Shows the issue really resided in LBJ/Griffin's re-construction.
I figured going into the season that it would patchwork at the 5 spot and that Mozgov was a pipe dream.
It's amazing, a series of things have to constantly happen for this team to get what it needs.
Example:
1. Bulls have to trade up with Denver to get Doug McDermott.
2. The Nuggets have to draft Nurkic.
3. Javale McGee has to continue to be hurt and underwhelming as a player.
4. The Nuggets then had to suck the first half of the season.
5. Nurkic has to show his immediate value to make Mozgov expendable in the right deal.
6. Mozgov ends up being what the Cavs need at the 5 spot and he randomly has a 4 year history with the head coach.
If the Bulls don't trade up for McBuckets we never get Mozgov.
conspiracy?
Ya know what am I wrong for thinking we should keep J.R. in the starting lineup permanently and bring Shump off the bench?
Fair

Dion who???
Not tryna dis you, but every trade can be broken down in this manner my G.
Not really.
Mozgov was the ideal big they needed. They knew that this summer and the likelihood of the Nuggets parting with him was low. All of those things had to happen in order for him to be available.
