i think ya'll can still beat us without him, but obviously it makes it much more difficult

sucks it happened right when he seemed to be finding his groove

Its a shame. And you could see this coming.

We all saw how they were trying to injure Kyrie in game 3. Jerbeko smackin him with both hands in mid air (that wasnt called a flagrant even after review :mindblown:). Brandon bass body checkin him in mid air, knocking the ball out of his hands only to get credited with a "block."

Also, the Bass elbow to mozgov throat. Lebron tackled by Turner. Crowder smackin lebron in the face. No calls. No blood no foul..

Then fukkin Stephens after the game lookin dumbfounded saying "well the cavs kept their composure." :dahell: WTF do we need to keep our composure from? That you told your players to "be physical" and play bush league basketball? That they should try and intentionally injure us to get us out of our game?

Next thing ya know, olynyk is in the game ripping out kevins arm. It just had to be one of our big 3. its sickening.

The only chance we have now is zombie mike miller and corpse marion somehow getting revived and playing solid ball for us. If that doesnt happen i think we're just done.

They've got all the motivation in the world to prove every one who is doubting them wrong. A couple of plays and they went from the favorites to the underdogs. Sports are crazy like that.

I'm actually glad that they got the information on JR/Love today. They won't go down without a fight.

I don't think Love plays again this post season so those championship aspirations are probably done.

I agree with you. That injury is season ending for Love. They can sugar coat it now and say hes just out for the next round then be re-evaluated, but he tore something that takes weeks to heal. And even if he comes back earlier than expected, he wont be able to rebound like hes used to or play in the post.

Im glad JR's suspension isnt 5 games like most people predicted, but honestly, hes too inconsistent to be a #3. The only way we beat chicago is with that motivation, but I, like u and others, have watched every game this season. The offense does not operate without Love. Lebron has to be willing to play the 4 night in and night out. He has to go in the post and i just think his body wont let him do that anymore. I think that was a huge reason why he left Miami, so he wouldnt have to do that shyt.

There's still options until JR comes back in Chicago. Lebron plays the 4, Shump and Jones/Marion start the first 2 games . They'll just have to rely on iso a bit more than normal. Post Lebron up, let Kyrie work the pick & roll with Mozgov and Tristan. This is what they signed all the vets for...we know they can at least hit their shots. If we've got Lebron there's always a chance.

Miller and Marion have to earn their paychecks now. Got to replicate the points that Cavs are going to be missing from Love and Smith.

TBH i wouldnt be surprised if the Wiz beat them in round 2 :francis:
