Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
From what I know, as long as Trist gets paid Rich doesn't care. If LeBron/Rich cared about him actually starting they would've pushed to keep Wiggins. They are playing the long game here and know that they both benefit with getting Love and getting Tristan paid. It increases the chances of a championship and increases Rich's image as an agent.

He's taken a slight hit with this Bledsoe situation.

May as well move him to Milwaukee now then, get Sanders fresh out of rehab and roll with it.

They are saying no out of spite. They know what it would mean for the Cavaliers championship aspirations.

The smart and logical thing to do is take the future first round pick from us. They might come off that high horse around the deadline when they are below .500.

Why would Denver hate Cleveland?
Both teams play in small markets and in different conferences?

It's not a hatred thing. It's a value and need thing.

As a GM, you'd look up and down the Cavaliers roster with the :ehh: face.

You know they need a center that can protect the rim. You have a surplus and Cleveland comes knocking. You'd raise your price based off principle because you have the resource they need to plug their last main hole. You wouldn't be doing your job by making it easy for them.

CLEVELAND, OH – The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed forward Dwight Powell, the 45th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, Cavaliers General Manager David Griffin announced today from Cleveland Clinic Courts. Per league policy, terms of the contract were not released.

Powell played four years at Stanford, appearing in 136 games (105 starts) with averages of 10.8 points and 6.3 rebounds in 26.2 minutes per game. The 6-11, 240-pound forward from Ontario, Canada is a two-time First Team All-Pac 12 selection. He averaged 14.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.3 steals during his senior season and was the Pac 12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Powell also played for Canada in the World University Games in the summer of 2013.

During the 2014 Samsung NBA Summer in Las Vegas, Powell appeared in three games (one start) for the Cavaliers and averaged 5.0 points and 3.7 rebounds in 11.3 minutes per game. He was originally acquired along with center Brendan Haywood in a trade with the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for guard Scotty Hopson and cash considerations on July 12, 2014.

@Basaglia

Let's see if your boy manages to make the roster.

Probably will end up in Canton.

While we are clearly lacking a strong low post defender I don't think we'll be nearly as bad on D as everyone is assuming...Blatt isn't hardline with any defensive scheme and that's a good thing, he's known for throwing in a random trap or press early in games just to throw the opposition off, adapting his scheme to the talent instead of riding one strict game plan lik:whoo:I know he's heralded as an offensive wizard but his teams defenses in Euroleague were good as well. Kyrie has turned into a pit bull in FIBA so hopefully that translates locally, and we know Dion will try to show him up on the defensive end if Kyrie shows improvement. I think we'll be perfectly average on D and that's fine, even without adding a Center.

Yeah I think they will be avg. the concern is they have no dominant defenders outside of Lebron. Love is an absolute liability unless the Cavs will play more zone to hide him like they have his dirk for years (same with puttin him on the weakest offensive player in the front court).

Apparently, he says that Big Z is in shape and is medically cleared to return.

He's 39. Would play 10-15 minutes a night and wouldn't play back to backs.

Maybe Ricky Davis has a shot at that final roster spot as well.

Yea lets just exhume Tractor Traylor's body, trade Tristan for Boozer, and see how quickly Ira Newble and Jeff McInnis can get back in shape.
