I upped my upper body work over the last two months or so..I don't lift weight, just do 80 pushups twice a day and 120 dips between chair and table once, 25 pull ups once. I do this 3 days on, 2 days off. I realize pull ups are mostly back and arms but mentioned it to be complete. I added the dips not too long ago and they do seem to work the outside chest the most.My chest is getting much thicker and bigger but it's starting to get tittyish in shape man
I don't want to start looking like some out of shape off steroids bodybuilder. I really don't have much body fat at this point either.Am i doing a bad combination maybe? Could it be nutrition? I do some leg and ab shyt too, maybe i'm not getting enough protein?

my advice, lower your bf and work on your back muscles to take the attention off that.

My chest have grown 9'' since I've started working out and they look nothing like titties.
