That would be dope. As long as they don’t promote from within. This is the best time to actually be in need of one.

I hope Flus does well in Chicago. Curious who the OC will be though.

as a bears fan I like this hire :yeshrug: matt had the colts playing decent on defense with only two stars we got multiple stars on the defense with roquan,mack,quinn and JJ i just hope jim caldwell comes in as a OC or pep hamilton

And Colts defense was like #11 in the league. Wasn't no "yeah you deserve a head coaching job" good. Plus Darius Leonard coaches that defense if we being 100.
Flus still helped change the culture there on that side of the ball. At the time he was hired, the thought of the Colts fielding a defense anywhere near the Top 10 seemed taboo.

Darius having like 12 takeaways this past season boosted our defensive ratings massively, but I think Flus did well here for a team without a pass rush.

Chicago should be in good hands, I just need to see who they’re hiring as OC.

Haven't heard of his name much this coaching cycle.

But in the long running once Andy retires maybe he'll be the one to replace him in KC

Think he got interviewed once this cycle and that was by the Broncos (Rooney Rule probably)
