I got family in the Chi, and one thing I've always felt like Chicago is like combination of New York & L.A. hoods, where half the nikkaz lived in projects (back before they tore them down) and the other half lived in like houses, but the hood houses in Chicago & other midwest hoods are like old houses from like the 1920s and shyt.

I noticed that in Detroit too.
