How many arrests have been made? Chicago has to have more cameras and surveillance than most cities in this country and probably the world, and multiply that times 10 in the areas most of these shootings are taking place. We always hear about the multiple shootings every weekend, but never hear about the multiple arrests that next week after law enforcement has watched the tape.
