This is going to be the deadliest year for the city since the crack era. The 5 years prior was Chicago's lowest crime rate stretch since the 60s. That is not coincidence.
And you're more worried about personal accountability, that will come in time. We're talking about nikkas whose idea of fun is to a blow mfs brains out and talk about smoking his ashes in a blunt. Not to dehumanize the gang members or anything but come on. This year is a direct result of police not policing to a standard that a WORLD CITY should have. It isn't a stretch to think that along with community work, the police should hold up their end of the bargain. The community has done more to try to combat crime this year than the police it seems
