Mandatory drug testing for anyone in the house over 14. If anyone fails a drug test, the whole house loses welfare benefits.

Most of those are the things the police were doing the years before to combat crime that they cut back on this year breh. You're repeating shyt i've already said now .

Not entirely. I'm placing blame on parents since it's primarily their responsibility to raise their children. Then I'm placing blame on the government for sponsoring these b*stard baby makers, and whatever falls thru the cracks, have the police clean it up.

In this scenario the police are the last resort for future possible gang members, and the first resort for the current ones.

Vast majority of these kids don't have stable homes,
that shyt is outta the window. And you can't expect these homes to be stable in the poorest communities in the country. That is just nonsense. There are posts everyday on this forum about the black family structure being broken, that shyt is no different in Chicago. Police brought down their whole stop and frisk program to 10% of normal, and crime rose dramatically. That is a direct correlation proved by several journalistic investigations.

I'm going to blame the nikka that shot me.your upbringing don't mean shyt. Personal accountability. Your parents didn't tell you to shoot me most likely, they didn't tell you to bang. I agree with you. I definitely agree about the cops laying off and crime going up. Same thing happen here in Baltimore after the Freddie Gray Incident, Cops laid off and crime went up.

Its just a double edge sword. On one hand Cops should be doing more, But you know people are going to start complaining if the cops start cracking down.
