Chicago is one of my favorite cities to visit. It's def quite scenic and full of architecture. I wouldn't argue if someone said it's #1

Yes, it's not even comparable. Downtown Chicago puts many many many cities to shame.

1. Philly
2a. Phoenix
2b. Chicago
4.Long Beach
