That’s ignorant to say. Do we need better outreach programs in my city? AbsolutelyIf there was as community center nearby, this wouldn't be a problem. They just need something to do and a Community Center would fix that.
If I ever move back im moving to PilsenI'm tired of you bytches never touched the soil clutching your pearls at Chicaho trauma porn. You care about none of those innocent bystanders you just want to push an anti black agenda. "Drill rap" "black on black crime" "thugs" 4 chain bots.

Where did blacks migrate from in the early 1900s - 1940s?
You must be a criminal if you’re offendedYou bite cheese

My dad mother was from eastern Arkansas, came to chi in 1947There were certain migrational patterns to the Great Migration.
People from Florida migrated up the East Coast to cities like Philly and New York. Along with people from Georgia and the Carolinas.
People that came to Chicago were mostly from Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
People from Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas also went west to California.
I, neither anyone that I know, have ancestral ties to Florida or Texas. Those were just not states that people migrated to Chicago from in any kind of numbers. Obviously, there are exceptions.

I was listening to a Tariq live on YouTube last yr and he said "Black ppl, none of the violence in your community is your fault."

When you convince someone absolutely nothing is their fault, and someone else has to fix ALL your problems. This is what you end up with. And people think that when you preach self accountability you're being insensitive, when in reality you ultimately will have to face it. The support programs aren't going to always be around to help. If you get the resources you claim you need, you have to find a way to get along with the people sharing the resources with you.
Exactly.
I'd like to believe we are a strong people, but not ever taking ANY accountability is weak to me
