For me snitching means, me and you commit a crime, I get caught and you get away, so, I give police evidence against you to get a better deal...

That's my definition...

But some people, even if you raped their daughter, they wouldn't snitch because of some "code of the street" I guess...Some cultures are dumb...

It's not about any sort of code....it's intimidation, plain and simple. Gangs and criminals created this so-called code so average folk would be too scared to talk to police period. It isn't any sort of honor system or any shyt like that because a lot of these so-called gangstas talking that stop snitching shyt are the ones really snitching once that they put numbers on the table.

At this point, poverty is NOT an issue...Some people have developed a "criminal culture"...The men go to jail, the women run around the streets, and the grandmas raise the babies...This is a way of life for these people...

It is their culture and value system...That's is what they teach their children...And what is the academic definition of culture? "the ideas, customs, and social behaviour of a particular people or society"

All that "but but but poverty is why this and that" is now COMPLETE bullsh@t...At first it was a legitimate argument, but now, a culture emerged that some people actually consider their "way of life"...

You can get killed in doors, by some fool that is shooting from outdoors. A lady that was working in a real estate office on the Southside about a year ago was killed when a bullet came through the wall of her real estate office. Cacs seem to fall back on the strictest gun laws excuse to show what happens when Democrats are in charge in a city that's majority black. They usually follow it up with Detroit despite the fact that murders have dropped over the last 30 years

NYC has much stricter gun laws. A more diverse population. And over 1 million people living in housing projects. Yet it has a murder rate equal or lower than a lot of European cities.

So whenever some dumb ass uses Chicago as a gun law argument i just point to NYC

The bullets must've hit one of his carotids cuz he was bleeding out immediately and the hits to the head must've missed his brain. You can get a bullet lodged in your skull and live just so long as it doesn't hit your brain. He basically was going on adrenaline until he bled out too much.

the neighborhood where this dude lived and where he was killed has a poverty rate of 47% and a median income level of 24k . That's not even low class, that is literally an UNDERCLASS neighborhood.
