Once again, crime has fallen significantly since the post-quarantine increase. Those are the facts. Baltimore has made major strides, as have other big cities. Not every city has, and some remain in the grip of questionable progressive policies. But everything Baltimore has done is supported by all the liberals who were handwringing about crime 5 years ago.
