This is a good proposal and its better than the alternative o of folks having no quality food to eat at all, albeit it is a short term cure, you need a longer term plan which has to include tackling crime so folks and buisness feel free to patronage and set up shop in the neighborhoods

You can get in your car and drive to Jewel and Walmart within 10 minutes living on 120th and state. You could probably make it to Pete’s on 118th in less than 15 minutes. Aldi on 130th.

We ain’t even talked about the Mexican spots yet.

There's a relative island where my mom is at in south Humboldt. If the Aldi there closes its like a mile minimum from any major dedicated grocer. Only corner stores otherwise.

On that note, let us remember that Aldi is GOAT.
