I don't think alotta ppl realize the 70s were alot more dangerous than the 2000s. Alotta cities were just as bad in the 70s as they were in the 90s.

Like @Barnett114 posted, Chicago had 970 murders in 74.

Cities like LA, Houston, NY were getting 700+ murders a year in the 70s

I know and understand but still...a parent has to find a way. If it means shipping them to a relative or plain just jumping out there you have to.

It's damn near criminal to raise your kids in such environments. Negativety is like a virus, to be in contact raises your chance of being infected. So you can be the best most moral parent in the ghetto, but your child is being bombarded with the virus of ratchetness continuously.

It goes so deep as far as being the parents responsibility. But we as black parents (of course not all of us but too many) cling to ignorance and deny the responsibility.

Many are damaged beyond repair. You could give them a decent job and they would still engage in fukkery. Couldn't hold on to the job. We need to do like cacs and get away from those.
