Noah is about to be 31 years old. Elite centers with developed post games starts declining then, much less energy guys like Noah. He won't be worth much at all in the trade market

Maybe if the Knicks didn't gut their roster, they could sell Derrick Rose as the missing piece. Now they appear to be gearing up to shop Carmelo who's gonna be in the same overpaid bad knee boat with Rose only he's over 30. No other lottery team would seriously consider it. If derrick rose was a FA now he wouldn't get the max from anyone

The cavs and bucks packed the paint, thibs never put a line up on the floor that could space the floor enough so rose could attack relentlessly and the bulls don't have many on the roster who can run with rose on a break. It was always just rose and jimmy.

Give rose another athletic wing and a big who can finish on the break and it will do wonders for rose game.

As far as trading him, no player is untouchable but considering his history this was a good season for him. Next season I expect him to be better.

But even jimmy struggled to score in many spots based on the make up of the roster. A better offensive coach and players who can run with jimmy and rose changes everything for them

Might also want to find a coach who can run better offensive sets than noah playing point forward getting the ball at the top of the key with 6 sec left on the shot clock and trying to gun some telegraphed ass passes through defenses.
