Yep!
She can develop the land. Maybe put in smaller houses like a tiny home or mobile home. Or even build a multi family home.

She can rent to low income working people or people with subsidized housing vouchers. They would have a nice home to raise their families and she would get a great tax deduction and help her community with little of her own money being invested. It's a win-win.

That's what I'm gonna do with my momz old crib. Then take the bread from that and buy another one...then another one etc.

I own my house, and half the neighbors homes on my block... And the vacant lots. Trying to build up money to buy the next block over too. In the middle of my hood.

The only issue is.....


We get all hyped up on shyt like this when realistically its a Small Victory,
We have to figure out what to do now After Buying the block

The mentality, depression and WANT for better has to be there. They have to want to dis own these gang banging sons, nephews, uncles, brothers and the sisters who help keep that fear culture alive. No one should be afraid to walk at night in their own neighborhood.

I’m GLAD she willing to teach and I Definitely don’t mind doing some hard work like her. I just dont think I can live their 24/7.

Network with others who are doing the same thing, merge,grow and become a larger force....stay close nit and build and teach/preach to our young..use social media to get to our bigger voices , money and power. Ala OUR athletes, rappers, lawyers, doctors, politicians, etc...make sure we have a cycle of us on every level that have power..this is only ONE level that we should get hype for..let's merge and grow...a lot of people who follow the NBA got caught up in the Warriors "Strength In Numbers" matra..it's always the case in this world..the more people we have doing this/thinking this way the more we grow, merge, control and have power to take care of our own...
